Located only 500 meters from the back beach this spacious and comfortable property is just right for family and friends to enjoy their holiday together. With 3 good size bedrooms, the property is fully equipped for you to relax and unwind.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, BIRs, air conditioning and an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd has 2 singles and 2 trundles. There are two bathrooms in the house, one which has a spa bath.
In the lounge area there is a TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo system, and also a copper fire place. The house has ducted heating and two split systems to keep you comfortable. There is also a port a cot available if required.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher to make life easier.
There is a new deck at the front of the property where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Out the back there is a 2nd new decked area, with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ, the perfect place to enjoy dinner on a warm night.
There is plenty of room for cars and even a boat or jet ski.
This property is a short drive to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and some of the many golf courses and wineries on the Peninsula. It is also only a 5 minute drive to the main street of Rye there is plenty to do and keep you entertained. Browse the many shops and cafes in the area, visit the local markets and of course the beautiful beaches. The Rye carnival operates on the foreshore from the start of the Christmas school holidays until Australia Day weekend.
Tenants are required to bring their own linen including: top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels.
