There are two comfortable living rooms, both with plasma tvs and dvd players, so there's plenty of room for guests to spread out. The open plan kitchen with modern European appliances opens up onto an outdoor paved decked area perfect for outdoor entertaining on warm, sunny days and balmy nights. A formal dining room inside makes it an all seasons house. For convenience there isa powder room and toilet.

There are three bedrooms, master (which is very large) with walk in robe and ensuite and two additional bedrooms. There is also another bathroom upstairs. The entire top floor is fully carpeted. In addition to add to your comfort and enjoyment, there is refrigerated cooling and heating for the entire top floor.

The property has air conditioning with a split system downstairs in kitchen /dining and family area
which flows throughout the downstairs area.

There are facilities for families to use such as a high chair and a portacot.

There is a large garage and room for off street parking, plenty of room to park a jetski too.

Bedrooms: Tenants are required to bring their own linen including: top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels.
