This beautiful, light and bright property with magnificent sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay and views of the city on a clear day is the perfect holiday home for a summer holiday.

Featuring 2 living areas, one upstairs with beautiful floorboards and one downstairs ( this is carpeted), you can enjoy dual spaces with plenty of room for adults and children.

Downstairs contains two bedrooms. One with queen bed and one with queen bed and single loft bed.

There is also older style open plan laundry, shower and toilet downstairs with shared cupboard storage.

Glass sliding doors opens to a downstairs area and back yard that can used for additional relaxing space or if the winds get up too much to enjoy the upstairs balcony.

Large glass windows allows you to take in the vista views from the upstairs living space. See the bay, ships, boats and all everything blue while relaxing on the couch or enjoying dinner.

The main bedroom, located upstairs includes queen bed and en-suite with shower over bath combination ideal for soaking the little ones after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, island bench and of course - you can continue to enjoy the beauty of the view!

In addition, the property has WI-FI, air conditioning both upstairs and down, two tv's with Netflix and Kayo Sports. (Note: There is no free-to-air reception on the TV down stairs), BBQ, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a wonderful day at the beach.

Although situated at the top of a hill the property is reasonably flat and completely fenced and offers a double car port plus plenty of room for two additional cars or jetski.

Pets are permitted at the property however (based on prior approval). We ask that you be a responsible pet owner and collect all droppings and respect our wishes of no pets on furniture or scratching and damage of floorboards.
