This beautiful property, located at the 18th Hole at Moonah Links World Class Golf Course (Open Course/Legends Course) accommodates up to 6 people with fabulous outdoor undercover area to enjoy.

It's the perfect place to gather family and friends for a weekend away, a golf trip, a special occasion as Peppers Resort offers fine dining or a private official corporate work retreat.

There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with plush mattresses and linen and towels included during your stay.

The kitchen is perfectly set up to cater for groups with Euro appliances, a large cooktop, Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, Ice Maker, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a large stone bench to prepare gourmet meals.

The house has two living zones for our guests to enjoy, both with TV's and couches. Perfect for those wanting to watch something else!

The living room at the front of the house opens onto the large undercover deck to enjoy a bbq (which is plumbed in for continuous gas) and watch other golfers making their way to the 18th hole.

Bedding Configuration:

Master Bedroom with en-suite - one queen size bed

Bedroom Two - one queen size bed

Bedroom Three - one queen size bed with en-suite

Whilst there are two bathrooms with an additional toile and basin, guests staying will need to access a shower via bedroom 3 or via the master en-suite.

Doonas, pillows, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided as part of the tariff.

We can also make available port-a-cots with mattress and high chair for families with young children. You must bring your own linen for the port-a-cot.

You are able to store your golf equipment on the side of the property, including golf buggies as there is a side undercover area which is secure and gated.

The property is ideally located within a short driving distance of 10 world class golf courses.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire property (excluding the for the garage) duration of their stay. The house is only ever tenanted to one group so it's all yours to enjoy.

We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three night minimum stay on all long weekends, including Labour Day, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday and Melbourne Cup weekends.

Easter is a 4 night minimum stay.

Please note that we have a strict 'no parties' policy. We are governed by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Code of Conduct, which applies to all Short Stay Accommodation Properties on the Mornington Peninsula. Please see our House Rules for a copy of the Code. As per the Code, guests must not be using any outdoor decks, balconies, pools, spas, or other outdoor areas after 11pm and until 7am. We welcome bookings from those guests that understand and will follow these requirements. If you cannot, then please DO NOT book the property .Moonah Link Golf Haven is a fabulous place to gather family & friends together, but it's not for throwing parties, and we expect our guests to comply with the Code of Conduct and all our House Rules. With particular regard to the 11pm outdoor curfew, failure to comply with this will lead to us giving you a 1-star rating on Airbnb and a $1000 penalty if a complaint is made by our neighbours. If the breach is serious enough, it may lead to termination of the reservation with no refund.
