The Famous Peninsula Hot Springs, which is just up the road (you can see the top bathing mineral pool) views of Cape Schanck Lighthouse, St Andrews Brewery & surrounding Vineyards including The Cups Estate are within a 2 minute drive.

Sleeping 10 in 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, chef's kitchen, open plan living with a gas jet-master to keep you cosy during winter. Aircon & heating throughout the property to keep you comfortable in all weather.

The Space:

The multi level property has a sleek modern feel including a large entertainers deck and a covered alfresco terrace downstairs that over looks the Moonah Links golf course and beyond.

Configuration:

Fully equipped Chef's kitchen with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including a dishwasher and Coffee pod machine.

Upstairs features a large open plan dining, kitchen and lounge room with huge windows and large glass sliding doors to take in the view no matter where you are.

The property is perfect for summer and winter getaways as it is air conditioned and heated throughout.

There is also a lovely area for you to relax and read a book or an area for the children to watch tv.

Bedroom one: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. (room for a porta cot).
This room is like a hotel suite with large glass windows with amazing views, large walk in wardrobe and hotel suite like bathroom complete with spa bath, large walk in shower, toilet and double basin.
Bedroom two: Double bed
Bedroom three: Queen bed
Bedroom four: Queen bed x1, Double Bed x 1 and baby cot.

Main bathroom with bath and shower.

A powder room containing a separate toilet and basin is also available upstairs.

All bed linen is provided, including bath towels.

A porta cot and highchair will be at the property for your use, please bring your own linen for the porta cot.

In addition, there is a large living/entertaining area downstairs complete with kitchenette (no cooking facilities), additional fridge, tv and billiard table. Open the large glass siding doors to this area and take in the gorgeous landscaped view and garden area complete with a bench to take in the scenery.

There is a central bathroom with toilet downstairs as well.

We provide a floor plan for you to view the property layout.
**Please note there are stairs and an outdoor deck/patio.
We accept no responsibility for small children, toddlers and babies.

Please also note that the garage is available for use and includes internal access.

There is plenty of parking for 2 cars in the garage and an additional four cars in the driveway as parking is not permitted on the lawn or adjoining properties.

There are two entrances to the property.

Please be aware that the Mornington Peninsula council have a strict no party policy, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm our guests need to move inside to abide by council law.
