Situated in one of Rosebud’s most convenient beachside locations just a few minutes’ walk to beach, shops and cafes this property really offers those wishing to park the car and not drive for the remaining stay - the perfect property for you!

This fabulous holiday home has something for everyone.

There are two living spaces - upstairs and downstairs.

The upper floor with spacious open plan living incorporates a modern, well-equipped kitchen, with coffee pod machine, dishwasher, electric cooking, meals area with table and chairs (for 4) and lounge with split system. There is also a gorgeous wood coonara which is radiates beautiful heat during the winter months.

The downstairs living area is huge! There is a large smart TV and large modular couch to lounge and enjoy which is so serene with its calming green environment, beautiful large glass doors and there is a table that you could use as a study area if you wish.

Upstairs is a semi enclosed alfresco entertaining which is completely undercover. This adds another dimension for a little added outdoor entertaining complete with outdoor furniture, ceiling fan, gas heater and day bed. It's really fabulous.

Two bedrooms, family bathroom – upstairs and two bedrooms together with second bathroom, full laundry and access to the rear yard – downstairs.

It's ideal for two families with separate sleeping areas.

Bed configuration - Sleeps maximum of 10 people:

And there is plenty of wardrobes for storage each bedroom has its own pedestal fan in each bedroom and there are oil heaters for bedrooms downstairs.

Downstairs there are impressive, established landscaping boasting private hedging, manicured lush green lawns which is perfect for games and the perfect area for kids to run around and enjoy.

We also have a fully enclosed trampoline for the kids to play.

You can watch the family enjoy the garden by either the upstairs deck or downstairs which also features a large gas BBQ, table and chairs & another day bed. It is so lovely at night with all the lighting.

The property is a truly divine home with a wonderful friendly, light and airy atmosphere that combines tasteful design and faultless presentation for the perfect coastal escape.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive to Red Hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants, cheese, fresh produce such as cherries, apples & strawberries and wineries on offer.

In the Rosebud township you have the iconic Rosebud Hotel (just up the road) Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 5 minutes' drive and realistically, you can walk everywhere.

You are also straight up the road to the cinema, beach and the bus line which is perfect for teens to be able to get easily around.

We provide all your linen and towels during your stay so all you have to do is bring yourself. Please note we do kindly request that you BYO beach towels.

There is off street parking for at least 2 to 3 cars.
