Surrounded by a treed outlook, with lovely views from the lounge and outdoor entertaining deck, is a lovely modern abode.
Featuring a lovely, light and bright lounge room with open fireplace and air-conditioning & heating, there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy.

The lounge adjoins the open plan dining and kitchen with all the mod cons and a very large oven for cooking and entertaining.

The three bedrooms feature:

Bedroom 1: 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x tribunk & 1 king single bed
All beds have brand new mattresses.

The outdoor area is lovely to sit and enjoy a beverage as you bask in the sun on the lounge chairs or where the outdoor setting is set up amongst the moonah and tea trees.

The bathroom with shower and bath is separate to the toilet.

Please note that you are required to bring your own linen and towels to the property, however, linen hire may be arranged.

Other features are wifi, lovely floorboards throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.
Wardrobes in each room for storage and there is a piano for those wishing to play.
Plenty of board games too.

Please note that the property is not fenced and the property is not pet friendly.
We offer a fire starter kit for the first evening.
Additional wood will need to be purchased if wishing to use the fireplace.
