In winter, the beautiful Coonara fireplace creates the most inviting atmosphere and for extra comfort, the home also features central heating throughout and during summer, there is a large air conditioner unit for cooling plus there are pedestal fans for each bedroom.

The open-plan layout includes:

A very spacious lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen with modern conveniences including an air fryer.
Coffee pod machine
Dining area for gathering together and bar stools for the kitchen bench which can double as a breakfast bar and additional area.

There is a fetch unit connected to the TV so that you can login to all your favourite streaming apps.

And for a little nostalgia? Two retro 80s arcade machines loaded with hundreds of games - think Pac-Man and more. Perfect for the kids… and the big kids too. No coins required!

Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably, the home offers three generous bedrooms with built-in wardrobes:

Bedroom 1:
• One bunk with double base & single top
• Two additional single beds

Bedroom 2 (Master):
• Queen bed
• One bunk with two singles
• Glass sliding door opening to enclosed undercover balcony with outdoor seating
TV in this bedroom.

Bedroom 3:
• One bunk with double base & single top

There is one bathroom with a separate toilet, plus a full laundry for convenience.
